Wanted!  Volunteers for the 2009 Science Fair  Tuesday, February 24, 2009

We will be needing volunteers for the following duties:

-Setup Host (8:30am – 10am) - help students find their location and set-up their displays
 
-School Day Preview Host (shift I - 9:30-12pm) - help with passing out ribbons and directing classes in the gym 

-School Day Preview Host (Shift II - 1 to 3pm) - help with passing out ribbons and directing classes in the gym 

-Transition Host (3pm-4:30pm) - help transition the science fair from 1/2 the gym to the whole gym for the evening 

-Evening Host (4:15-6:30pm) - welcome and direct guests, pass out brochures           

-Clean up (6:30-7:30pm)
